S.W.A.T. Guitar Ensemble was founded in 2013 to perform Bence Hartl's new composition, S.W.A.T. for guitar quartet. After the concert the team decided to stay together and they even brought on another guitarist. Their first official concert in 2013 September was followed by more during that season. They have played at the International Guitar Festival of Szeged, at the Vántus Contemporary Music Festival, at the Synagogue of Győr, at Fészek Művészklub in Budapest and at other locations.

S.W.A.T. Guitar Ensemble plays contemporary pieces, unique transcriptions and rare compositions for guitar trios, quartets and quintets. They often work together with other artist for unusual audiovisual performances.
